National Court: 23 February 2007
The Court ruled that no disciplinary proceedings will follow as a result of an inquiry into the running of the 2006 Formula Palmer Audi Championship.

The Court was asked by the MSA to inquire why Formula Palmer Audi races had been held at Mugello, Italy and Dijon, France in September 2006 when the terms of the formula`s championship permit only allowed one overseas event to be included on the calendar. This had already been run, at Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium in June.

However, it was determined that these additional races were not championship rounds. The championship had been decided by ten points-scoring rounds, including three at Spa, by the end of July. Those results were issued by the BRSCC, albeit not until January 2007. Furthermore, the BRSCC had no dealings with the races at Mugello and Dijon.

No orders as to costs were made.
